Here at Smiles Kiddies couture, we take pride in providing you with high-quality pieces because we want all our customers to be satisfied. All items are carefully checked by our team before they ship but in situations where the item you received came in damaged, send an email immediately to info@smileskiddiescouture.com so it can be resolved. Kindly take time to read through our policies before placing your order to ensure compliance.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any custom-made dress shipped in good condition.

Because our dresses are customized to fit, you will be required to send in your accurate body measurements

We shall not take responsibility if measurements sent aren’t accurate

Kindly note that we do not offer refunds and exchange for custom made dresses

All our items are shipped via DHL EXPRESS and items take 3-7 working days to arrive depending on location.

We offer FREE shipping to all countries and here are our shipping conditions

All custom fees will be the responsibility of the customer ;

Custom fees are usually charged by the countries at the border so we have no control over it

Check your address carefully as we will not be responsible for lost item based on wrong address
